Computer Troubleshooting and Repair - Diagnose and fix computer errors and crashes and replace and upgrade hardware components to improve the performance and extend the lifespan of your computer system. We replace and upgrade field replaceable hardware components which include a multitude of items such as a motherboard, CPU, RAM, hard drive or solid state drive, video card, power supply, mouse, keyboard, monitor and other connected peripherals so that your workstation can get back to working order.
Computer Security and Privacy and Malware Removal - Install and run software applications and tools to remove malware infections from your computer and take steps to keep your computer clean, secure and safe from online threats. Educate users on safe Internet browsing habits to help prevent their computer from getting infected again in the future. We want to save our customers money which is why we only use free anti-malware security programs and firewalls to help keep your data safe online as having to pay extra for a licensed solution is a waste of money. Certain free security applications can often do as good of a job at protecting your system when compared to the paid alternatives.
Computer Optimization and Software Management - Perform a system tune-up to make your computer run like new again. A system check-up and clean-up will allow us to install the latest updates for your existing programs and operating system, remove temporary files, repair registry errors, remove unnecessary programs that you do not use, and reduce the amount of applications running in the background on startup which will improve your systems performance. We can optionally tweak Windows 10 to perform and function like earlier versions of Windows while retaining features that you still use.
Internet Networking and printer setup - Wireless router configuring and setup. Troubleshoot and repair existing network which includes basic maintenance and fixing network connections. We also add additional Internet devices such as computers, printers, phones, and tablets to your existing network.
New hardware device setup and configuration - Setup and configure new hardware for the user and ensure that the new devices are working properly. Assist with helping users choose and purchase a monitor, printer, router, or other mobile hardware device. If it’s time to switch to newer technology, we will get your new device set up, transfer your data and make sure everything is working just the way you like it.
Professional Cable Management and Computer Cleaning - Organize and streamline messy computer cables so the user has more desk and physical working space. We wrap cables with re-usable Velcro strips so there is no damage done to the cables and the Velcro can be easily adjusted later if need be, giving the workstation setup a tidy and modern look. We also remove any dust or dirt buildup inside your system to improve the operating temperatures which keeps your system clean and prevents overheating of your hardware components.
Custom Computer builds - Research and pick out the best computer parts for any budget and assemble and test the custom computer to ensure that all hardware is working and remains fully stable. We can also assist users with choosing the best pre-built desktops and laptops from Dell, HP, Lenovo, Acer, and Asus to meet their individual expectations.
IT Consulting and Technology advice - Technology training and recommendations customized to your skill level. Examples include suggestions on what hardware parts to upgrade in your computer, how to setup e-mail, file organization and management, downloading and scanning documents, protecting your devices from privacy and security issues, and online account administration.

Our customers pay just $100.00 per hour. We don't charge for diagnostic fees and we offer free estimates! We also do not charge you if we are unable to fix your issue.
We offer extremely competitive pricing but lower prices doesn't mean mediocre work. The proof is in our work ethic where we perform at consistently high levels.

Hours Worked + hardware parts or software license (if needed) = Total Cost of the job.

We list each service followed by how many hours it will roughly take to complete so you have an idea how much each type of service costs.
Basic computer Repair - $100.00 + hardware parts depending on what hardware parts need to be upgraded/replaced.
Malware Removal - $100.00
Regular PC performance Tune-up - $200.00
Full PC performance and tweaking Tune-up - $400.00
New hardware setup and deployment - $100.00
Cable Management - $100.00 per hour depending on how many hours it will take to complete the cable management task
Custom Computer Builds - $300.00 + hardware parts
Computer advice and Tutoring - $100.00 per hour depending on how many hours of time you need us to assist you with your questions or concerns.
